How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, but we can accommodate last-minute requests when possible.
Can we book staff without a full event planning package?
Yes — waiters, bartenders, chefs, and supervisors can be booked on their own for an event you're already planning yourself.
Are your staff vetted?
Every team member goes through an individual interview so we understand their skills and experience before they're booked to your event.
What areas around Cape Town do you cover?

Is there a minimum number of staff we can book?
A 5-hour minimum booking applies per staff member, but there's no minimum on numbers — we staff events of every size and always aim to find an affordable option that works for you.
