How far in advance should we book?
It depends on the occasion — cocktail and dinner parties can often be arranged in a couple of weeks, while larger milestone celebrations are best booked 2–3 months out.
Can you add a mobile bar or extra service staff to my event?
Yes — mobile bar hire and waitstaff are available as add-ons to any package, or can be booked on their own if you're planning the rest of the event yourself.
What areas around Cape Town do you cover?
The City Bowl, Southern Suburbs, Constantia, Stellenbosch, and Franschhoek. Further afield, get in touch and we'll confirm.
Do you have a minimum budget or guest count?
We plan everything from an intimate dinner for two to a full milestone celebration — our Essentials package starts from R6,000 for smaller gatherings, up to Signature at R25,000+ for large, fully bespoke events. Every quote is built around your specific guest count and vision, with a booking deposit (30–50%) securing your date.
